Client Terms and Conditions

The Client (on behalf of itself, its successors, agents, and assigns) gives expressed permission for Weecks Productions, LLC dba LiveViral Media (“Weecks Productions”, “WPLLC”, “LiveViral Media”, “LVM”, “LiveViral”) and its agents to commence and perform requested work, including to record, photograph, capture video and/or audio, coordinate/schedule, or otherwise operate at the address listed in the estimate or indicated by Client, or any other requested locations (addresses as applicable). Weecks Productions, LLC will travel one time within a 25-mile radius of its Chandler office (3133 W. Frye Rd., Suite 101, Chandler, AZ 85226) at no charge. For mileage over 50 total miles, $0.85 will be charged (including return mileage). This includes necessary preparation and coordination. The Client indemnifies and holds Weecks Productions, LLC harmless from all liability during meetings, pre-production, production, post-production, website and hosting services, and branding or marketing services, and releases the company from liability for issues such as video loss during live streams or broadcasts.
The Client may use provided materials but cannot alter them in defamatory or libelous ways. Weecks Productions retains copyrights on all materials and may use them for portfolio or promotional purposes, including the Client’s name, likeness, and company logo. Event videos and live streams cover only the contracted time or from the announced start to the defined conclusion (e.g., the officiant’s end signal or program conclusion). Additional events (e.g., burials) require prior agreement specifying details such as location and start/end times. Faces of audience members will be avoided unless requested by the Client, with written permission from subjects. Refunds will not be issued due to family disputes, misrepresentation by the Client, dissatisfaction with services, or events ending earlier than expected.
By paying, the Client agrees to indemnify Weecks Productions for missed moments, technical issues, environmental factors, Acts of God, or audience-related incidents. No refunds will be given for technical failures like signal loss or interruptions. Artistic judgment is solely at Weecks Productions’ discretion, and dissatisfaction with aesthetic decisions does not justify refunds or termination. Pre-production begins upon receipt of the signed estimate and initial payment, which are non-refundable.
Representatives may use electronic devices during live events for quality assurance or team communications. The Client indemnifies Weecks Productions for product issues like shakiness, framing, color, audio quality, or overall appearance. Costs may increase due to change orders, overtime, or additional requests. If drafts receive no feedback within three business days, they are deemed approved. Payments must be made within 72 hours of invoice delivery; a $35/day late fee applies after seven days, with the Client responsible for collection costs for unpaid balances.
Post-production includes two rounds of minor corrections at no charge if each round takes under 15 minutes; additional corrections or complex edits incur a $95/hour fee. Advanced graphics or editing (e.g., motion graphics or in-person meetings) are billed at $135/hour. Larger changes outside the original scope of work will be quoted and approved separately. Live/social media work requires 100% payment upfront, while other projects need a 85% down payment, with the balance due upon the final invoice. All payments are non-refundable.
Charges for changes, timing overruns, or expenses must be paid before final delivery or for live events, upon invoice delivery. Disputes will be resolved under Arizona law in the greater Phoenix area, in Maricopa County, AZ.
