- Passkey & Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): If MFA or passkeys are enabled, we may request temporary codes for one-time setup.
- Revoking Access: Clients are encouraged to revoke temporary access after project completion or provide restricted access to minimize security risks.

- No Recording Without Notice: Sessions are not recorded unless separately disclosed and approved in writing for quality assurance or training purposes.
- Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for any damage, data loss, or unintended changes that may result from the remote session. By proceeding, you acknowledge the risks and agree to hold LiveViral Media harmless.
- Optional Participation: Use of HelpWire is entirely optional. If you do not wish to participate in a remote session, alternative support options may be available.
